Stoke South MP visits Fenton firm to celebrate Management Buy-Out

Stoke South MP, Jack Brereton, joined staff and guests at Fenton’s Hallmark Manufacturing last Friday to celebrate their recent Management Buy-Out.

He was joined by representatives from Santander, UK Steel and Trentham based law firm RJS Solicitors, who all collaborated to bring the Management Buy-Out together.

Hallmark Manufacturing was established in 1996 and the new Management team has over 75 years combined experience of the engineering industry. The firm operates a pristine “showroom condition” plant focussing on the manufacture of low volume, high quality complex sheet metal components using laser cutting, CNC punching, robotic bending and welding. Hallmark employs 17 people running 2 shifts per day.

The combination of high quality, design led products and excellent customer service has seen the Oldfield Business Park company win contracts across the world for customers in electronics, manufacturing, military, cable management and consumer goods.

Technical Director Ray Tait is looking forward to the challenge of utilising the latest CAD/CAM Technologies to continually improve and add value to our customers both existing and prospective.

Operations Director, John Kennedy is excited about the future for Hallmark Manufacturing. “There are opportunities across a number of sectors at home and abroad and we will look to capitalise on these going forward,” he said.

Commercial Director, Mark Hall added: We have expansion plans in place and are already recruiting new staff to meet our growing order book and achieve our growth targets. We will also be looking to take on and train new apprentices in our industry.”

With a new management team and strategy for investment and growth in place, Hallmark Manufacturing are set to make their mark in the global sheet metal market.
