Job Vacancy - Production Supervisor

Hallmark Fabrication is a dynamic and growing engineering firm based in the heart of Stoke-on-Trent, and we are looking for a dedicated person who has extensive experience using a Press Brake and is looking for the next step in their career to a Production Supervisor. In this role you will oversee our operations and drive manufacturing excellence.

Hours & Pay

• Standard Hours: 6:30 am to 4:45 pm, Monday to Thursday (giving you a long weekend every week!).
• Flexibility: We are open to discussing alternative shift patterns for the right candidate.

The Role

As our Production Supervisor, you will be the driving force on the shop floor, ensuring high-quality output, optimising workflows, and leading a skilled team.

• Manage daily production schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Supervise, motivate, and mentor a team of skilled fabricators and operators.
• Ensure all fabrication and pressing activities adhere to strict health, safety, and quality procedures.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a hands-on leader with proven experience in a similar fabrication environment with extensive Press Brake experience.

Essential Experience

• Strong practical background in Press Brake Operation and Sheet Metal Fabrication (this is a must).
• Significant supervisory or leadership experience within a manufacturing / engineering setting.
• A solid understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.

Highly Desirable

• Experience with CNC Turret Punch operations.
• Familiarity with Laser Cutting processes.
• Knowledge of Machining (e.g., milling, turning) operations.
