Hallmark offer a complete finishing service: from a range of surface pre-treatments to a variety of painting and printing options.
Pre-Treatments
- Standard conversion coating is plant-based, thus an environmentally friendly preparation for paint and offers excellent environmental protection
- Chromate conversion: alocrom 1000 and 1200
- Non-chromate conversion: Iridite NCP (RoHS compliant)
- Zinc plating
Painting capabilities
- Polyester powder coating (outdoor applications)
- Epoxy powder coating (inc metallic, hammer and textured finishes)
- Wet paint finish
- Speciality finishes, e.g. IRR, CARC, Low Toxicity
